Members of CBAA and visitors to the website may submit written or published articles to the Collegiate Bass Anglers Association via e-mail. By submitting your article, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You agree to completely indemnify CBAA, its owners, employees, and/or agents from any and all damages, injuries, claims, actions, or losses including infringement of intellectual property rights.
- You officially forfeit all legal rights to the article and agree that CBBA will immediately and unconditionally inherit all rights and privileges to the article.
- agree that CBAA may use the article in any way, for any purpose, and at any time without obligation to remunerate you, the original author.
- You agree that the article may be altered, truncated, or otherwise edited in any way to fit the needs of CBAA.
- You agree that the article is your original work and that you own all rights such that you can legally forfeit them to CBAA.
- You agree that some articles may need to have various facts verified before publication.
